The terms “we” / “us” / “our” / “store” / “shop” individually and collectively refers to the brand “Poaceae Lifedesigns” and the terms “you” / “your” / “user” / “customer” refers to the customers / users of this web site. Poaceae Lifedesigns (opc) Private Limited, Nashik, Maharashtra, India offers this website including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated on the website.
If for any reason, you do not agree to these terms and conditions, privacy policy and / or other website guidelines and policies (website guidelines and policies collectively referred to as “other policies”) as communicated to you when you use the website or wish to be bound by any of them please do not use the website in any way whatsoever.
We may update these returns and settlements policy from time to time in response to changing legal, technical, or business developments. This returns and settlements policy describes the returns exchanges, refunds and settlements concerning regulations, protocols and disclosure thereof. We encourage you to read these returns and settlements policy very carefully when one accessing the website or to availing any products offered on or through the website, from any computer, computer device or mobile or any other device and/or gadgets.
Sustainable and ecofriendly mindset:
Almost all possible care has been taken while selecting mature bamboo for production of all bamboo products. Also, bamboos used for manufacturing products are treated to prevent borers and termite in long run use. But, Bamboo being a renewable natural plant resource, products made out of bamboo (1) may have variations in color and dimensions (mainly diameter, wall thickness and sometimes length); (2) may have and/or may develop small cracks; (3) may not be smooth and glossy like plastic products. These factors actually confirm the “natural origin” of our products. These 3 factors (a) confirms sustainable and natural origin of bamboo and products thereof; (b) make these products unique in its own; (c) never reduce aesthetics of product (d) Never affect utility of product(s). We appeal all our valuable and nature loving customers to accept and use these products “as they are”. These are not defective products.
Returns and exchanges T & C :
(A) Return of order for the reasons of (1) product not satisfactory; (2) color doesn’t match to photo in website; (3) Slight cracks; (4) size doesn’t fits in our space; (5) finishing is not smooth, shiny and glossy shall not be considered at all.
(B) Any product from the personalized and or customized category is exempt from being returned and /or exchanged.
The user can request an exchange for the respective order delivered only if the product is damaged during shipping route. In this case “unpacking video” and “damaged product photographs” and photo of courier acknowledgement is mandatory.
In this case the user gets two options (1) to return the order (by same shipping company) by paying return shipping charges to and accept the exchange (nonreturnable) of same product. (2) return the order (by same shipping company) by paying return shipping charges and get a common coupon for flat discount of the amount equal to 75% of the transacted amount (amount paid for an order that is returned) and use it for further purchases.
Once the user decides which settlement option to opt for, all the further updates will be delivered to the user via e-mail and phone number provided by the user. Any product or order can be exchanged only once. Repeat request for exchange will not be considered.
The acceptance of returns, processing of refunds, and provision of warranty shall be governed strictly by the Company’s Returns, Refund, and Warranty Policy. You acknowledge that customized or made-to-order bamboo products generally cannot be returned unless they contain a verified manufacturing defect.
Natural attributes of bamboo and bamboo products are not eligible for any warranty &/or claims of return of products/structure/furniture &/or refund of cost paid &/or any compensation thereof.
Eligibility criteria for any product to qualify for an exchange:
The customer has to raise a query / request for a return /exchange via email at poaceaelifedesigns@gmail.com within 2 hours from the receipt of delivery. After this time period, no query / request will be entertained.
A query /request made over call for a return /exchange has no standing it has to be mandatorily followed by an email at poaceaelifedesigns@gmail.com concerning your query /request.
The product of return order must reach us in perfect condition and its packaging and / or labels to not be tempered with. Upon receiving the return request, we will inspect the product. We wouldn’t be liable to issue and return /exchange in case of excessive breakage, damage or missing labels.
If the return is approved due incorrect product delivered — we cover the return shipping cost.
Refunds and settlements T & C:
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 8 to 14 working days.
The products are handmade and made to order request for refund are strictly prohibited once the order has been placed. Any matters related to settlements after the order delivery has been received by the user will be treated and the returns and exchange TNC.
Refunds for cancellation of order are issued in the following 2 cases only:
For user requests to cancel its order colon a user can request to cancel its order within 12 hours from the time it was placed and claim a full refund for the respective Transaction.
For user requests to cancel its order within 12 hours to 24 hours from the time it was lapsed, the user will be issued a refund with a 10% reduction in the transacted amount. The user cannot request to cancel its order after 24 hours from the time the order was placed.
If we ourselves cancel the customers/users order:
We reserve the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under the circumstances where the requirement could not be made. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and oblique or orders that use the same billing and oblique or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and public or billing address public phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. It will be ensured that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time via mail and/or phone call and/or what’s app message whichever is suitable and/or available.
It will be ensured that all the communication concerning the cancellation of an order from our side and the applicable refund will be made, in reasonable time. In such cases of cancellation of orders from our side, we are not liable to pay any kind of extra amount to customer, for any kind of losses customer may claim thereof.
Warranty / Guaranty:
We offer No warranty and/or Guaranty for any of the bamboo products that we manufacture and/ or trade and/or retrade and /or construct thereof.
